Goals

One can only set a goal according to the present level of Understanding and Knowledge,
You think you have reached a point where you know everything in the universe?
So if you set a goal, what kind of goal will you set?

"A goal with lack of quality and quantity."

But, this has been taught to us in recent years to be goal oriented.

Your goals are just desires and the desires are the outcomes of the kind of thought processes that you have right now, which is dependent on the data you have gathered.
In 20-25 years of life, what kind of data do you believe you have gathered to make a goal?

If you define a goal and you grow rapidly, you will be terribly disappointed by your goal and if you didn't reach to your goal, you will be broken. What is the point of such goal in your life?

Understand this, your goal is just a fanciful desire that you have made up in your mind and that is not even yours, your goals are all borrowed from 10 other people or whatever the trend today is your goal, isn't it?

Your ability to do things is enhanced only and only if you are absolutely devoted.

Don't set a goal, if you have absolute devotion to what you are doing right now depending upon the times and opportunities one will go as far as one can go.

No successful person in any field has achieved any thing without devotion!!!

  1. I think it also depends on the type of person you are. Some need a push and for them the theory of setting goals work... Sathe lack devotion

    1. One needs push only when the spark within has finished, that spark will be there if one is devoted towards the thing one loves to do and not by setting some meager goal which goes with the flow.

  2. I think goal is important to quantify what you have achived. If u dont set goals how would you get to know where you stand. One may think he has achieved everything, while one might think he lack a lot of things in life. To understand the difference you need goals

    1. Setting a goal with lack of quality and quantity, then comparing to the same to see where you stand is not a right scale.
Collect that amount of knowledge and experience to find the correct goal, the goal for which you don't need to find inspiration daily.

    2. It's like the same story of setting a goal for a monkey and a fish to climb a tree. Each animal (human) have their own time and capabilities comparing does nothing but create less experienced life.
